I aim to provide a welcoming and positive atmosphere for you to begin or continue your yoga journey. The classes I enjoy most are those that are light hearted and supportive, where each practitioner is encouraged to develop individually. I try to provide this in my classes. I like to encourage students to find and take their next steps, whether it’s challenging themselves with a new pose or taking time to be still.
I always adapt my classes to fit my students and therefore encourage you to let me know anything you would like to develop further or anything new would like to work on.
